Important Update for UPS Customers:
Implementation of New Digital Certificate for UPS Electronic Manifest Tool (EMT)

March 12, 2018

Due to recent changes in the industry and mandates by the UPS digital certificate vendor, UPS will begin utilizing Comodo as its digital certificate for all customers.

This notification is for UPS customers that use Electronic Manifest Tool (EMT) to transmit their Package Level Detail (PLD) to UPS.

The migration to Comodo begins on March 19, 2018 and will be completed before April 20, 2018.

Test environment for customers:
To assist UPS customers during this migration period, the customer certification environment is available for testing beginning March 8, 2018. You may test this by reconfiguring your application to connect to https://www.pld-certify.ups.com/hapld/tos/kdwhapltos. Any data sent to this environment will not be processed by UPS. Once testing is completed, please remember to set your application back to the production hostname https://www.pld.ups.com/hapld/tos/kdwhapltos.

Note: The digital certificate migration for the site that UPSlink customers use to transmit their Package Level Detail (PLD) is scheduled for late July.
